“Hand over the database” from your account, and all AI results in one place
Your account now has a “Hand over the database” form: give the link to the backup and the configuration, and a TinyCIO specialist will deploy the database so the AI staff can work with it.
A new “Results” tab in “My tasks” collects the files delivered by the AI staff in one place.
You can share a result via a link with a limited lifetime, and extend or revoke the link.
If your company has a single 1C database, it is filled in for Tina automatically in the new task form.
2026.10.8
Self-service sign-up and automatic choice of assignee
You can join the AI department on your own: the “Fill in the application” button on the website leads to the sign-up form, and your application status is shown on the same page.
After sign-up, your account shows “First steps”: your 1C database, the gift credit on your balance, your first task and short “How it works” articles about the AI staff.
When creating a task you no longer have to pick an assignee: with “AI · we will find an assignee” the system suggests Tina, Toma or Timofey, and if it is not sure, a TinyCIO specialist reviews the task.
On a phone, the new task form opens full screen.
Fixed: in an AI task card you can once again see the steps and progress of the work.
The live status in the chat is signed with the AI staff member's name, and their avatar shows when you choose a recipient.
2026.10.7
See what the AI is doing and send the task back right from the chat
The AI's live status in the chat now has “Details”: the work steps in plain words, such as “making a copy of the database” or “opening the database”. Both you and TinyCIO specialists can see them.
The “Return to AI” button sits next to “Send”: write your remark and send the task back to Tina or Toma in one click.
If you quote a message from an AI staff member, your reply goes to that staff member.
Tina can see the files attached to the task.
The “Done when” field in an AI task is no longer required — the task starts without it.
Fixed: in databases where full rights come from the “Data administration” role, Tina did not have enough rights to read the copy.
2026.10.6
Timofey takes on external data processors and report variants, and the AI knowledge base is open to you
Timofey modifies external data processors and reports from the “Additional reports and data processors” catalog: he edits them in the copy, checks that they build and attaches the finished file to the task.
Timofey sets up 1C report variants — he creates a new variant or fixes an existing one and checks that the report builds in the database copy.
The “AI knowledge base” is now open to you for reading: notes on your databases and the general rules the AI staff rely on.
2026.10.5
Accepting Tina's and Toma's results: accept, return or hand over to a specialist
When you review a result from Tina or Toma, you choose: accept it with a rating, “Return to the AI with a remark” or “Hand over to a TinyCIO specialist”.
If the AI asks for instructions, reply with the button in the portal — work resumes right away.
The AI task form now has a dedicated step for the assignment: what needs doing and who will accept the result.
You only receive the “For the client” part of the answer: technical details, file paths and internal information are not forwarded.
The “Confirm” button in Telegram and the email asking you to check the result no longer arrive before the result is ready for your acceptance.
The reason a task is waiting is shown as a plain phrase in the task steps.
2026.10.4
Rework in the same copy and honest AI statuses
When a task is sent back for rework, the AI continues in the same database copy with the changes already made and takes into account what did not work in earlier attempts.
If the AI is missing information, it asks for instructions and waits for an answer instead of guessing.
If the AI could not cope, the task says so plainly — “The AI didn't complete the task” — and a TinyCIO specialist decides what happens next.
The AI's detailed report is folded under “Details”, so the key points are easy to read straight away.
2026.10.3
Timofey works on a copy of your real database
Timofey now works on a copy of your live 1C database, so changes are checked against your configuration and your data.
You can ask for a change as a configuration extension — the main configuration then stays untouched.
The reviewer is automatically the TinyCIO specialist who handed the task to the AI, and only they can open the copy of your database from the task.
2026.10.2
Assistant Toma works with your files
Assistant Toma consolidates and merges spreadsheets and builds documents from a template — using the files attached to the task and your company's folder on the TinyCIO file storage.
Toma attaches the result to the task as new xlsx, docx or csv files; she does not change your original files.
If your balance ran short, the AI staff member resumes the task on their own once you top up — no need to write in the chat.
In the chat, AI staff members are shown with their name and role, for example “1C developer Timofey”, and each has an avatar.
2026.10.1
1C developer Timofey joins the team, and you can assign tasks to AI yourself
1C developer Timofey has joined the team: he makes changes not in your live database but in a separate copy created for the task.
Before loading his changes into the copy, Timofey checks the module code so that an error does not bring the database down.
Timofey's work is checked by a TinyCIO specialist in the same copy, and only then is the task passed to you for acceptance.
You can assign a task to an AI staff member yourself: the new task form has “Run with AI” and the AI staff listed by name, with the best match highlighted based on the task text.
2026.09.2
AI balance in your account and AI staff pages on the website
A new “AI balance” tab under “Finance” shows your balance, gift credits with their expiry date, amounts reserved for tasks in progress and the charges for each task.
You can enter a promo code right in the “AI balance” tab — the gift is credited to your balance straight away.
An AI task can only be closed by your acceptance or by a TinyCIO coordinator — the assignee cannot close it on their own.
The TinyCIO website now has pages for the AI staff: what each of them does, how checking works and the terms under which AI works.
2026.09.1
The AI department is open: the 1C consultant answers questions about your database
You can now hand a 1C question to the AI consultant right from the portal and follow the progress step by step in the task card.
The consultant tells you where to find a document, catalog or report in the interface of your own database — based on its actual structure, not on a standard configuration.
Every AI answer is checked by a TinyCIO specialist first and only then passed to you for acceptance; you can rate it when you accept.
Entries come from the product’s own changelog when a version is released. We do not rewrite or translate them — this is exactly what the engineers wrote.
