The internet drops
What you do
Keep ringing up sales: scanner, receipt printer and cash drawer work as usual.
What the program does
The till saves the sale on the computer and shows how many receipts are not sent yet. Once back online it sends them itself — a resend never creates a duplicate sale.
Benefit
No queue, and selling doesn't depend on the internet.
Limitation
Until receipts are sent they exist only on that computer — don't uninstall the app or reinstall the system. The till is a Windows app; there is no Android version yet.
Receiving
A delivery arrives
What you do
In your account, create a goods receipt: supplier, items, quantity and purchase price. New items can be uploaded from an Excel file.
What the program does
A posted receipt adds the goods to the shop's stock, and the document keeps what came, from whom and at what cost.
Benefit
What arrived and at what cost — in one place, not a notebook.
Limitation
Receiving is done in the browser account, not on the till. Supplier debts are not tracked yet.

Every sale under a cashier's name
Cashiers sign in to the till with their own PIN, and every sale and shift is recorded under their name; shift records are chained with checksums, so a back-dated edit shows up on verification. Write-offs in the account carry the employee's name.
FAQ
Does it work without internet?
Yes, the Windows till sells offline: the receipt prints, the sale is saved on the till computer and goes to your account once the connection is back. Until then it isn't visible in the account.
Is it complicated?
No. 10-minute setup, simple interface, we help you launch.
How much does it cost?

Will my hardware work?
Barcode scanners, receipt printers and cash drawers — yes. Customer displays and scales are not supported yet.
Where is data stored?
Before sending — in an encrypted database on the till computer; after — on our server, which is backed up every day.
Can I monitor staff?
Every sale and shift is under a cashier's name, write-offs under the employee's name. Voids and returns on the till itself are not available yet.
What if I have several shops?
Several shops are managed in one account, with stock kept per shop. The base price covers one location and one device.
