Containers: from entering the number to oversize cargo, all within the mission
The container number is typed freely and checked against ISO 6346 as you type; on save, the container record is found or created automatically. Containers can now be added right when creating a mission.
The “Conteneur(s)” section is now a summary table; the carrier seal is no longer mixed up with the customs seal printed on the order and the invoice.
Oversize cargo: a simple Yes/No, then five overhangs in centimetres (front, rear, left, right, top); a new Open Side container type and section settings under Paramètres → Conteneurs.
One truck can pick up two containers in a single stop: stops are linked to their own containers and the return of each empty is tracked per container. One booking number per file.
A number that fails ISO validation can be kept as SOC by stating a reason.
Oversize cargo is flagged with a badge on the missions board, with a warning if the trailer type is unsuitable (new container carrier and low-loader trailer types) and an “oversize permit” document to provide.
2026.09.8
Operator desk in the interface language, fuller mission card
Trip statuses on the operator desk, in the mission list and on the map now appear in the selected language instead of French.
The mission card on the operator desk shows container numbers, the deadline with a countdown, the parties' phone numbers, missing papers, ADR and temperature, and the subcontractor.
A container already returned on time no longer shows a red “Restitution J+4” on the board.
2026.09.7
A richer container card and a full-page mission form
The container card shows the box preview as in the mission form, plus ownership, rental, age, volume, condition and the reefer temperature range.
The mission form now opens only as a full page: the old side panel is gone and the dossier step bar sits in the top bar.
New missions are created from “Missions”; the “+” button and Ctrl+M shortcut in the header were removed.
2026.09.6
A complete mission form, from quote to travel allowances
The menu is grouped into workspaces (Exploitation, Parc, Finance, Personnel, Direction) picked from a drop-down; “Nouvelle mission” now opens the form directly.
A new nine-section mission page with numbered steps, extra contacts at creation, and sold-service lines whose total becomes the mission price and feeds the invoice.
Travel allowances: a grid per route or place, and the driver's bonus is credited automatically when the mission is closed.
Stops: planned start and end, total duration, travel legs estimated from past missions, stop templates, empty kilometres and oversize cargo.
Office seal stock and a “Douane & scellés” register: the next seal number is suggested from stock.
New quotes (devis): register, creation with suggested lines, templates, tariff grid, PDF, sending to the customer and a one-click “Créer la mission” from an accepted quote.
2026.09.5
No more false “sent” when email is switched off
Requesting papers from partners and scheduled report emails no longer claim a message was sent when the server's mail is disabled: you now see an error instead of a false success.
2026.09.4
Full container file and the real cost of a vehicle
A mission now becomes a container file: parties, customs references, seals with history, stages, a checklist of mandatory documents and schedule shifting when a break happens.
A new single-page form with a step bar, a summary on the right and a mission cost estimate that is kept with its history.
The vehicle page breaks its full cost down (fuel, repairs, tyres, insurance, crew and more) and shows what data is still missing, instead of one opaque total.
Fixed: the portal session no longer drops after fifteen minutes of editing, and a failed file save no longer looks successful.
2026.09.3
Subcontracting end to end: chartering, price checks and documents
A partner can be assigned to a leg of a mission, with the agreed price recorded.
The agreed price is checked against the partner's invoice so discrepancies stand out.
The product now asks partners to update their documents on its own, with one e-mail per carrier.
A new Excel report, "Subcontractors", for management in the reports center.
2026.09.2
Director dashboard and first tools for subcontractors
New director dashboard: key indicators with their trends and a live pulse of operations.
Reports center: Excel export of reports and automatic e-mail delivery on a schedule.
A register of subcontractor partners with their vehicles and drivers, one card per counterparty, flagging expired documents.
2026.09.1
Driver app: from the mission to the receipt, from the road
Drivers sign in with a code issued by the office, see their missions for the day and keep working offline, with everything syncing once the connection is back.
They can photograph the CMR, collect the consignee's signature on screen, record receipts and fuel stops from the road, and receive notifications.
Fixed: previews of printable documents (orders, invoices) open again instead of showing a 404 error.
2026.08.6
Treasury, forecast, margins and container transport
Treasury: bank statement import, categorisation and matching with invoices, plus a 13-week forecast that shows the week your balance falls below the threshold, with scenarios.
Supplier payment orders and a file for your bank, with a template editor so your bank can be added without waiting for a new release.
Trip cost price and two margins, never just one.
Containers module: the container becomes the unit of transport. Groupage module (loading board, reassignment in two taps, load-fit suggestions) and an Advisor with a "1 trip or 2" calculator.
The session no longer expires on every screen, document preview works in Safari, and theme and language are set only in the profile.
Bills of exchange module: a portfolio of drafts, promissory notes and post-dated cheques with their due dates.
A demo workspace with a year and a half of realistic activity, which can be fully deleted and recreated.
A module's free trial button now really turns the module on, and the menu shows modules according to role. Modules you have not subscribed to are now also closed at the data level, not just hidden from the menu.
2026.08.4
CMR, order forms and invoicing
CMR register: track every consignment note and its signed return, with an alert when the return is late.
Client order form: created from a mission, produced as a PDF and emailed to the client, with issued and accepted statuses.
Invoices and credit notes: gap-free numbering assigned at approval, VAT per line, and a log of partial or full payments. An invoice cannot be approved without a signed CMR.
Client cards show revenue and unpaid amounts, and the PDF preview of documents now displays correctly.
2026.08.3
Create a mission from the portal, clients and alerts
The portal can now create and edit a mission: pick the client, tractor and driver, and set the route stages. If a document has expired, the refusal names the exact paper.
New client (payer) directory showing each client's mission count and last mission date.
Alerts warn you before a problem happens, for example a document about to expire.
The product now has its own icon in the browser tab.
2026.08.2
Fleet, missions and import of your existing files
The Fleet and Missions screens now work on your real data: tractors, trailers, drivers and their documents, then mission files with a history of every status change.
An expired document blocks assignment: the system refuses to assign a tractor or driver and lists the missing papers.
You can import your existing RECAP files: columns are recognised automatically, bad dates are flagged and vehicles already on file are matched.
Product emails are now sent: verification code at sign-up, welcome message and password setup.
2026.08.1
maTransports is live: first version
The product site and your company workspace are open: you sign up and enter the portal.
The portal shows its first screens (at this stage as a preview with sample data): operator desk, missions, fleet, clients, map and dashboard, in French, Arabic, Spanish, English and Russian.
The module catalogue is visible, with a free trial to try what is not included in the base package.
Light and dark themes from day one.
Entries come from the product’s own changelog when a version is released. We do not rewrite or translate them — this is exactly what the engineers wrote.
