2026.10.5
All your deliverables on one tab
"My tasks" has a new "Results" tab listing every finished file across your tasks.
The "Share" button creates a link to a result with an expiry date; you can extend or revoke it.
If a task's company changes, or the task is merged or split, links already issued are revoked automatically.
2026.10.4
New "My tasks" screen: everything about a task in one window
For customers, "My tasks" groups tasks into "Waiting for you", "In progress" and "Completed", with the open task shown next to the list.
To create a task, just describe it in one field — with voice, files and a choice of service objects.
Approve finished work with "Accept the work" or send it back with "Needs changes".
At the "Acceptance" stage the specialist can add to the "Work report", "Recommendations" and the user guide.
"My tasks" and the menu counters load noticeably faster; the list column can be widened and remembers its width.
Fixed: seller and buyer were missing on the invoice and UPD.
2026.10.3
Tighter access control for tasks
Customers see only their own company's tasks and only the conversation meant for them; specialists' internal notes are never sent to them, and the server enforces this, not just the interface.
Closed a gap that let someone see other people's tasks in the "I'm the initiator" and "Assigned to me" tabs by tampering with request parameters.
2026.10.2
Sign in with an email link or a password
On the sign-in page, request an email with a one-time link — just enter your email address.
Sign in with a login and password: your login can be your email, phone or @username, and you set the password in your profile.
Changing your password ends all other sessions, and sign-in is temporarily locked after several wrong attempts.
2026.10.1
Specialists' replies in your language from the start
The specialist's messages and the "Work report" are translated into the customer's language automatically; the target language shows next to the translate button.
In Telegram you can reply to a specialist without quoting — your answer still lands in the right request.
Instruction PDFs list the steps in the table of contents and follow the company template.
In "Schedule", a meeting's colour shows whether it's over, in progress, awaiting outcomes or cancelled.
Fixed: a credit-note refund can no longer exceed what was paid; conversation translation mixed up languages; images from the chat can be copied with a right-click.
2026.09.5
Requests by email and the Schedule on your phone
For a task that arrived by email, updates come by email: the number is always in the subject, and you can accept the work via a link in the message.
"Schedule" on phones: day view, month view with markers, swipe navigation; the task board is vertical and a tab bar sits at the bottom of the screen.
Work done by your own staff on a task no longer ends up on the invoice.
All "Support pulse" panels follow the selected period.
Company and initiator pickers list your most frequent choices first.
The file attached to a Telegram request shows in the first message, and a specialist can move part of a conversation into a new task.
2026.09.4
Stronger protection for portal sign-in
Signing out of the portal now ends the session on the server too, and access is renewed every 30 minutes.
Creating a task on behalf of a customer is now double-checked on the server, and the old workaround route has been closed.
2026.09.3
Transparent closing and cancelling of requests
When a request is done, the bot sends the work report; it also tells you about cancellations and merged requests, with the reason.
Cancel a request right from the chat, and edits to a Telegram message are carried over into the request.
The customer's new task form now matches our team's, with voice input and suggested instructions.
Reminders speak plainly: "Today", "Tomorrow", "Day after tomorrow".
Fixed: a request from a chat identifies the company by the sender, not by a name mentioned in the text.
2026.09.2
The right instruction finds its way into the task
Relevant instructions are attached to a task automatically, based on your system, the topic and the whole conversation — the five most useful at most.
Standard 1C instructions are made available to each company for the products it uses.
Replying to a request card in a chat now asks about that request instead of creating a new one, and "how is my request going?" goes straight to the specialist.
Add materials and an agenda to a meeting; the reminder has a "Files" button, stays until the meeting ends and opens its card.
2026.09.1
The portal on your phone
The portal works on phones: sign-in, "My tasks" as cards, the task card and forms all fit a small screen.
Instructions are built from blocks: an instruction's checklist goes straight into the task, and the PDF comes out in the reader's language.
Replying to a closed request reopens it, and the specialist is notified right away.
A new member of a work chat is linked to their company automatically.
Copy a request number in the bot with one tap; the "Done" message shows the time spent.
Conversations show who a message is for — the group chat or a private reply — and the specialist's recommendations come as a table.
2026.08.4
A live request card in the chat instead of a stream of notifications
Instead of a burst of notifications, the chat gets one request card that updates itself: who is on it and what stage it is at.
Write "Initiator: …" and "Client: …" in the request text and the bot understands who it's from and who it's for.
Meetings live on after the call: outcomes, follow-up tasks, a summary and the video recording are sent to participants.
In "Team", set up your company's departments and drag people between them.
Fixed: a customer message could look like an internal note; publishing an instruction with a long Cyrillic title failed.
2026.08.3
Support pulse for customers, and a new task from any screen
The "Support pulse" section, with "Overview", "Control" and "Finance" tabs, runs on live data: task queue, deadline compliance, response and resolution speed, hours worked and where they went.
The new task button is pinned above the menu, so you can create a task from any screen.
Customers' "My tasks" now uses the same handy screen as our team: "I'm the initiator" opens by default and you see your company's tasks.
The customer menu is decluttered, and "Team" shows both your colleagues and our specialists.
Read a task's whole conversation in one language thanks to automatic translation.
Telegram voice messages are transcribed and translated into the chat's language; the bot flags duplicate requests, and /tasks in a group lists that chat's requests only.
2026.08.2
Meeting schedule and a new Knowledge base
New "Schedule" section: meetings with reminders and attendance confirmation, email invitations with a calendar file, and a feed you can subscribe to from Google or other calendars.
Book a meeting right from a chat with the /meet command, video-call link included.
Instructions read like a website: table of contents, checklists, printing, a branded PDF, video per step, a short summary and a glossary of 1C terms.
Knowledge base search answers instantly, suggests queries and gives an answer with links to the instructions; the bot does the same with /kb.
Share an instruction through a public link that stays valid for 5 days.
Replies from the portal land in the chat the request came from, with the author's name, the quote and images.
2026.08.1
Requests from work chats: faster and clearer
Request confirmations in a work chat now come from the same bot that is in that chat, with buttons included.
Mention the bot with a picture and it creates a request and recognises what's in the image.
The bot replies in the chat's language, not in the language of whoever called it.
A request created from a chat gets a clear title straight away.
The /trv command translates a message and sends the translation as voice right away.
Periods are picked the same way everywhere — year, quarter, month or custom dates — and portal icons now share one style.
2026.07.3
A Telegram bot tuned to your role, and your company in the portal
The bot shows a menu for your role: customers get /my with their own requests, /new for a new request and /help written for them.
The /tr command translates chat messages and can read the translation aloud.
The portal menu header shows your company's logo and name, and managers get a company profile tab.
Attach files to a new task with a paperclip, previews and upload progress.
Task deadlines are calculated the same way everywhere, with a new "Deadlines" block on the task card.
Edit your own contact details in your profile; US and Morocco time zones were added.
2026.07.2
Knowledge base: all your company's instructions at hand
The portal now has a "Knowledge base": in the "Library", instructions are organised by product, department, role and process.
Search finds an instruction from any word; open it with ⌘K or Ctrl+K.
Every new company gets a starter set of instructions, and you can maintain your own on your own.
Each instruction shows when it was last verified and is translated into the reader's language.
Large tasks can be split into steps, and each step gets its own line on the statement and invoice.
The "New task" wizard has been refreshed, and the bot's /tasks command sorts tasks into three clear sections.
2026.07.1
One-click invitations and easier requests from Telegram
Invitations now arrive with a ready subject line, pre-filled fields, a QR code and a password-free sign-in link.
Creating a request from Telegram is simpler, and the bot now has commands.
Emails display cleanly inside tasks, and automated mailings no longer turn into requests.
Task tables gained a "Client" column.
Step-by-step instruction builder: save a finished instruction as a PDF.
Fixed: signing in by @username for invited users, dead buttons in the bot's task list, and invitation resends going to an old email address.
2026.06.1
A clearer task card and tasks in two clicks
The task card has been reworked: description on top, conversation open by default, properties and deadlines on the side, changes saved automatically.
Create a task right in the portal: the "New task" wizard takes voice input and sorts your text into the right fields.
New requests are categorised automatically, so the right specialist picks them up sooner.
Each task shows its deadline as a coloured tag that warms up as time runs out.
Task reminders with a bell in "My tasks", and time spent on each task is tracked automatically.
Shorter sessions that renew silently, plus up-to-date legal documents and consents on every domain.
2026.05.1
A brand-new portal in four languages
The portal has been fully redesigned, with a new sign-in page that has separate entries for customers and executors.
The interface is available in Russian, French, English and Spanish; the language follows the site address.
Invite colleagues by email or via Telegram — the invitee links their own account.
"My tasks" now has the "Assigned to me" and "I'm the initiator" tabs, search, filters and Excel export; a task opens in a side panel so you never lose the list.
Task conversations update in real time, and replies sent from the portal reach Telegram.
2026.04.1
Portal on a secure address
The portal now opens at the secure address my.tinycio.com; all other my.tinycio.* addresses redirect there.
PIN sign-in is more forgiving: your login and phone number are recognised however you type them.
We updated the portal's web platform and closed the critical vulnerabilities found in it.
Entries come from the product’s own changelog when a version is released. We do not rewrite or translate them — this is exactly what the engineers wrote.
