Setting Up and Viewing the Exchange Log with Marketplaces
— Open the 'Products' or 'Sales' section to access the exchange log — View the exchange results via API with marketplaces — Report an issue if the exchange completed with an error

Open the 'Products' Section
Go to the 'Marketplaces' menu, then select 'More'. After that, click on 'Exchange Log' to view the results.

Open the 'Sales' Section
Go to the 'Marketplaces and Agents' menu, then select 'More'. Click on 'Exchange Log' to access the information.

View the Exchange Results
The exchange log displays the results of the exchange via API with marketplaces. Review the information about completed exchanges.

Report an Issue
If the exchange completed with an error, click the 'Report an Issue' button. This will send an email to technical support.
Important. In case of errors in the exchange, it is necessary to report to technical support.
