AI assistant for 1C.
You ask — it answers
from your data.
The AI window opens right inside 1C: ask about sales, stock or receivables — the answer comes from your database data, a report comes as an Excel file. The Extended plan replaces a data-entry operator and bookkeeper: you give a task, it carries it out.
14 days free — once per database, no activation code or developer needed
| Item | In stock | Sold |
|---|---|---|
| Coffee, kg | 18 | 120 |
| Tea, kg | 35 | 40 |
| Sugar, kg | 120 | 60 |
| Cocoa, kg | 9 | 7 |
- Never leave 1C — no browser, no separate app: the AI window opens inside 1C
- Sees what you have open — the report or document your question is about
- Links in the answer — open the document in your 1C
It answers — or carries out tasks
The plan is chosen per user. Basic is an assistant that answers. Extended replaces a data-entry operator and bookkeeper: you give tasks, it carries them out.
Basic
assistantReads database data, answers and advises. Changes nothing on its own.
- Answerswith figures from your databasesales, stock, customer debts — from your database, not a generic one
- Buildsa report from a questiona table or summary — as an xlsx, docx or pdf file right in the AI window
- Findserrors in the dataduplicates, empty fields, documents that don’t match
- Explainswhere to find things in 1Cthe menu section, document, or report with the right settings
- Guidesthrough settings and rightsstep by step, with names from your configuration — you do it
Extended
bookkeeping operatorEverything Basic does — plus it replaces a data-entry operator and bookkeeper: you give tasks, it carries them out in 1C on your behalf.
- Entersdocuments — from plain words or Excelorders, sales, receipts: “enter the orders from this file”
- Createsusers and rights“same as Petrova” — a person sets the password
- Configuresthe databasedirectories, accounting parameters, constants
- Fixesthe errors it foundshows what it will change and edits after your “Confirm”
- Postsdocuments and closes the monthperiod-end operations — in order, with the standard tool
What it doesn’t do
Are you an accountant? Reconciliations, entries, month-end closing — AI assistant for 1C accountants →
A question — right in the 1C window
The AI panel is open next to the report. The answer arrives there too, and links lead to documents in your database.
| Customer | Debt | Overdue |
|---|---|---|
| Alfa-Market | 312,000 | 45 days |
| Beta-Opt | 96,400 | 12 days |
| Gamma-Trade | 58,000 | 38 days |
| Total | 466,400 |
The window, data and names are an example on demo data. The panel may look different in your 1C.
What people hand over to the AI assistant
Not just questions: files, photos and screenshots — right in the AI window in 1C.
The counterparty and items are matched against the database by tax ID and SKU; you confirm the figures.
“Create a goods receipt from this delivery note”Ctrl+V or drag and drop: the AI reads the error and finds the cause in your configuration.
“Why won’t this document post?”Before writing — a summary: what to create, what to skip (already exists by SKU), where the errors are.
“Create items from the price list”A document from a template or based on a previous one — with a new quantity; you check it and post it.
“Invoice Konfetprom for 10 boxes, like last time”“✉ Send” opens the standard 1C email window with the attachment; you send it.
“Send the director the trial balance for the quarter”Headings, tables, a footer — the file is ready to hand to your manager.
“Make a debt summary in Word”Timofey and Tina take tasks. Toma and Tatiana work inside 1C.
Need configuration changes or several databases in one task? That’s Timofey and Tina in the Virtual AI department.
Basic or Extended
Basic answers and advises. Extended replaces a bookkeeping operator: you give tasks, it carries them out.
1C configurations the extension works in
We have tested every standard configuration listed. Customised ones work too: the extension installs on top of the configuration and does not change it.
What your database needs
- 1C:Enterprise platform 8.3.24 or later
- A configuration built on SSL (BSP) 3.1 or later
- File or client-server database — on your server, in the TinyCIO cloud or another cloud
Another SSL-based configuration? Mention it in your request and we’ll tell you whether your database fits.
Three steps to your first question
No developer and no activation code. Your own server, a file-based database or another provider’s cloud — all work too.
- 1Install the extensionThe .cfe file goes into “Administration → Extensions”; make a backup first. We connect databases in the TinyCIO cloud ourselves.
- 2“Start using” in 1CChoose a plan and accept the terms — your account, database and employee are set up automatically, no code needed.
- 314 days freeOnce per database. After that, each connected user is charged from your balance; without a top-up, access is suspended.works with databases hosted outside TinyCIO too

How we protect your database
Protection doesn’t rely on the AI “behaving”, but on what it simply doesn’t have: on Basic — not a single write tool; on any plan — no way to run its own code.
It reads — and that’s all
both plans- Database queries are read-onlyevery AI query is parsed before it runs; anything other than “SELECT” is rejected
- The AI doesn’t run its own codethe extension has no arbitrary code execution — this is checked automatically on every build
- Sees what the user seesworks with the user’s rights and record-level access restrictions; full-rights mode is refused
- Passwords and keys — neverfields with passwords, tokens and keys, the secure storage and value storages are off-limits to the AI
- Database data is not a commandan “ignore the rules” line in a counterparty comment won’t be executed: it’s text, not an instruction
Edits — only after your “yes”
Extended- Shows what it will change firsta “before → after → where the value came from” card; writing happens only after “Confirm” in 1C
- Checks before writinga trial run with rollback: rights, required fields, change-prohibition dates — errors show up before you click the button
- Risky operations — asked separatelyusers and rights, constants, payment documents, posting and month-end closing; any of them can be prohibited in the settings
- Bank details — only from your own textnot from attachments, images or emails: the AI won’t fill in “the supplier’s new bank details” from an email
- All or nothingeach change is a 1C transaction: if something fails, the database stays as it was
- “Undo it” — 7 daysthe AI prepares the reverse change and warns you if someone has changed the object since
- Never deletes physicallyonly a deletion mark; every edit is in the event log as a “TinyCIO.ИИ” event
The database stays with you
wherever it runs- We don’t copy the whole databasethe TinyCIO server receives the question and the data needed for that answer
- Network access — only from the 1C server and only to TinyCIOthe AI doesn’t open links from its answers by itself; the file database path is not sent
- A database copy doesn’t “come alive” on its ownthe extension recognizes a copy and turns itself off until you decide; in our test copies it is disabled
- Backup — before installationthe first step of our guide; databases in the TinyCIO cloud are backed up daily
- To turn it off — remove the extensionyour accounting data stays unchanged
Under the 1C administrator’s control
Everything is configured in 1C itself — no need to call us.
- Who can use the AI — you assign the role
- Which operations are allowed — risky ones are enabled separately or prohibited entirely
- Your own restrictions — tables and fields the AI can’t see (for example, “salary”)
- Log and report — who asked what and when, and what the AI changed over the week
- Masking — social security numbers, passports, phone numbers and emails are hidden from accidental display
- Retention periods — for conversations, files and the log — old entries are deleted automatically
How we protect your data
The AI receives exactly what it needs to answer — and only with the rights of the person asking. Everything else is up to the administrator.
- Only what the answer needsthe TinyCIO server receives the question and the data for it — not the whole database or entire reports
- The rights of the person askingwhat an employee can’t see in 1C, the AI can’t see either; plus your own restrictions on tables and fields
- Passwords and keys — neverpasswords, tokens, the secure storage and the connection key never get into requests or the log
- Personal data — maskedsocial security numbers, passports, phone numbers and emails are hidden from accidental display
- Accounting data — at the administrator’s discretionyou can start in “configuration structure only” mode: the AI answers from metadata, without accounting data
- Photos without hidden metadatageolocation and camera details are stripped from images before sending
- Other people’s conversations are closedeveryone sees only their own questions and files; all conversations — only the administrator
- Retention periods are yoursconversations, files and the log are kept as long as the administrator sets
Masking protects against accidental display, not deliberate extraction: for databases with sensitive data, choose “configuration structure only” mode.
Subscription per database user
The plan is set per user, so you can mix plans in one database. A user working in two databases needs two subscriptions. The first 14 days are a free trial.
- Answers from your database data
- Finds errors, suggests a fix
- Checks before month-end closing
- Exports reports to Excel
- Doesn’t write to the database
- Everything in Basic
- Replaces a data-entry bookkeeper: you give tasks, it carries them out
- Enters documents from plain words or Excel, posts them, closes the month
- Every task — after “Confirm”, in the 1C history
- Salary
- $4220
- Employer payroll tax (FICA), 7.65%
- $320
- Total per month
- $4540
- Extended plan
- $280
more than 16× less
Salary — U.S. BLS median for bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerks, May 2025, per month; FICA only, before state and federal unemployment taxes. Excludes workspace, leave and sick days.
After the free trial, each connected user is charged from your balance.
What people ask about the AI assistant
Will Extended replace a 1C operator?
For routine work — yes: you give a task in plain words or as an Excel file, and it enters documents, creates users and directory items, and posts documents. Before each change it shows what it will do and carries it out after “Confirm”; the decisions stay with you.
Which configurations does it work with?
With standard and customized configurations built on the Standard Subsystems Library: 1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade Management, 1C:Complex Automation, 1C:Small Business Management, 1C:Salary and HR. Tell us your configuration and version in the request — we’ll reply whether your database fits.
How are Toma and Tatiana different from Timofey and Tina?
Timofey and Tina take a task in the portal, work with one or several databases, a specialist checks the result, and you pay per minute; Timofey customises the configuration, Tina handles settings and writes data processors and reports. Toma and Tatiana work right inside 1C within one database, by subscription, without customising the configuration.
Can the AI damage the database?
On Basic — no: it has no write tools at all, database queries are read-only, and it doesn’t run its own code. On Extended, every edit is shown as a “before → after” card, checked with a trial run and carried out after your “Confirm” — inside a 1C transaction, with an entry in the event log; nothing is deleted physically.
Does personal data leave the database?
Only the data needed for the question goes to the TinyCIO server for an answer. The administrator can turn on masking of social security numbers, passports, phone numbers and emails — protection against accidental display — or keep “configuration structure only” mode, in which accounting data is not sent.
What if a counterparty’s document hides a “command” for the AI?
The AI treats database data as text, not instructions: an “ignore the rules” line in a comment won’t be executed. A change prepared after reading someone else’s text is flagged on the card, and only a person writes it.
Can I undo what the AI did?
Yes: “undo it” within 7 days — the AI prepares the reverse change and warns you if someone has changed the object since.
What does the administrator see?
A call log — who asked what and when — and a report “what the AI changed over the week and who applied it”; edits are also visible in the 1C version history.
How long are conversations and files kept?
The administrator sets retention periods for conversations, files and the log; old entries are deleted automatically.
How can I see what the AI changed on the Extended plan?
Edits are made on behalf of the user who gave the task and are visible in the 1C change history and in the event log — as a “TinyCIO.ИИ” event.
What goes to the TinyCIO server?
For an answer — your question and the data the AI requested from the database for that answer; we don’t copy the whole database. When connecting, the extension sends the organizations (name, tax ID) and database users (full name, email, phone, job title) to link them to your account; passwords and roles are not sent.
Can the AI post a payment or change bank details?
Only after a separate question about a risky operation — and this can be prohibited in the settings. The AI takes bank details only from text you typed yourself — not from attachments, images or emails: “a supplier email with new bank details” won’t work.
How do I prohibit risky operations for the AI?
In the extension settings: users and rights, constants, payment documents, posting and month-end closing are allowed separately or prohibited entirely. For allowed ones, the AI asks a separate question every time.
Will the AI see salaries and data the employee has no access to?
No: the AI works with the rights of the person asking. The administrator can add their own restrictions — tables and fields the AI can’t see even with the rights (for example, “salary”).
Will colleagues see my questions to the AI?
No: everyone sees only their own conversations and files. Only the AI assistant’s administrator sees all conversations.
Can I get a report in Excel?
Yes, on both plans: a report or a data selection arrives as an xlsx file — or docx, pdf — right in the AI window in 1C.
Do I need to move my database to TinyCIO?
No: the extension works in a database on your own server, in a file-based database or in another provider’s cloud. We connect databases in the TinyCIO cloud ourselves.
How does the free trial work?
14 days free — once per database, starting from “Start using”. Switching from Basic to Extended doesn’t give a new trial. After that, each connected user is charged from your balance; without a top-up, access is suspended.
Can different users have different plans?
Yes: the plan is set per user, and you can mix plans in one database.
What if a user works in two databases?
A subscription covers one user in one database: working in two databases means two subscriptions.
Why turn off the extension’s “safe mode” during installation?
Otherwise 1C won’t let the extension connect to the TinyCIO server. The checkbox allows this only for the extension’s own code; it doesn’t extend the AI’s rights — the AI still works with the user’s rights and doesn’t run its own code.
What is early access?
