Go to the menu and select 'Positions Directory'. Here you can add and edit positions.
Click the 'Add' button and fill in the required fields. The position will be saved in the directory.
In the position form, add information for calculating insurance contributions. This data may be used for PFR reporting.
Go to the menu and select 'Personnel Accounting Settings'. Here you can set up the accounting for working conditions.
Important. Make sure the option for maintaining the staffing table is selected.
In the accounting policy settings, check the option for accounting working conditions. This will allow for changes in conditions to be accounted for.
Important. Accounting for working conditions is only available if the option is selected in the accounting policy.
Go to the staffing table and specify the working conditions for each position. Changes will be saved.
Important. Working conditions may change periodically.
Check that the created positions are displayed in the necessary documents and reports. This will ensure correct accounting.
Make sure that the classes and grades of positions are specified in the staffing table. The actual grade may differ.
