Entering Traceability of Goods Transferred on Commission

— Open the workspace for tracking goods and select the agreements for commission transfer. — Prepare sales reports for commissioners and fill in the necessary fields for accurate inventory accounting. — Select the warehouse for returns and create the document 'Return of Goods from Customer'.

Open the workspace for tracking goods
Go to the section where you can manage tracked goods. Here you will be able to enter the inventory of goods transferred on commission.

Open the list of agreements
Select the filter for the business operation 'Transfer on Commission'. This will allow you to see only the necessary agreements for work.

Set the flag 'Commissioner keeps records according to RNPТ'
In the agreement with the operation type 'Transfer on Commission', set this flag. This will allow for correct accounting of RNPТ.

Оформление отчетов и уведомлений

Prepare sales reports for commissioners

Proceed to prepare reports for commissioners

Fill in the fields 'Quantity according to RNPТ' and 'Customs Declaration Number/RNPТ'

Generate the report 'Inventory of Goods Transferred on Commission'

Prepare notifications about inventory for returns

Оформление возвратов

Select a warehouse for returns

Generate a new 'virtual' warehouse for returns

Create the document 'Return of Goods from Customer'

Use data from the documents 'Sale of Goods and Services'

Check the journal 'Sales Documents (All)'
