Not just a server
Rental comes with the Virtual IT Department: the administrator and the 1C specialist look beyond the request.
- TaskAn employee can't log in to 1C from homeWhat we noticedThe connection keeps dropping — it's the network, not 1CWhat we suggestThe administrator sets up monitoring, so the next drop is seen right away, not after a complaint
- TaskA remote desktop for every employeeWhat we noticedSome employees only need 1C, no other programs on the serverWhat we suggestFor them — the 1C web version at $35.25 instead of a remote desktop at $52.35: no overpaying
We can agree on payment: instalments, deferred payment, barter, a partnership arrangement — discussed case by case.
