AI 1C consultant — 1C consultant Tina
Your people ask “how do we do X in our 1C” — Tina answers from your configuration's metadata, customisations included, and the TinyCIO knowledge base, without waiting for a 1C specialist to be free. She clarifies in the same chat, and the answer stays in the task history.
We accept requests from companies whose 1C databases are hosted by TinyCIO
“Where is this in our 1C?” distracts the busiest person
A sales manager cannot find how to record a customer return in your database. Instructions from the internet do not fit: the configuration is customised, documents and buttons are named differently.
The question goes to the chief accountant or the 1C person — the one who knows the database and is already busy closing the period.
Tina answers based on how your configuration is built — with your customisations — and on the TinyCIO knowledge base. A specialist checks the answer before it reaches you.
A question Tina answers
A clarification in the thread, a Telegram reply into the same task, a specialist's check.
In short
1C consultant Tina is a TinyCIO AI staff member who answers questions about working in 1C: where to find a document, how to post a transaction, why a report shows something unexpected. The key difference from asking a chatbot is that Tina looks at your database: the metadata of your configuration with all its customisations, not a generic 1C from the internet, backed by the TinyCIO knowledge base. The question reaches a coordinator, who raises the task; Tina answers in the task chat and clarifies details there, and a TinyCIO specialist checks the answer before hand-over. Tina does not change your live database. It suits accountants, managers and executives of companies whose 1C is hosted by TinyCIO. Tina answers from how the configuration is built, not from the data in it: counting balances or totals is a job for a specialist.
How Tina works with your 1C
She answers from how your database is built — not from a standard 1C on the internet.
- Looks at how your database is built
- Tina sees your configuration's metadata: documents, fields, reports and your customisations. So the answer names what you actually have.Does not change data in the database
- Knows where things are
- Tells you which menu section holds the document and which report shows what you need — for your configuration.
- Clarifies in the same task
- If a question is incomplete, Tina asks in the task thread. Your reply from the portal, Telegram or e-mail continues the same task.
- Does not make things up
- If she lacks information, Tina asks a specialist for instructions instead of inventing an answer.
- The database queue is visible
- Questions on one database run in a queue, and you can see the task's position.
Who benefits
Knowledge of the database is not in one person's head
- Answers for your configuration — customisations included, not a standard 1C.
- Key people stay focused — “where is this” questions do not go to the chief accountant and the 1C person.
- Answers stay in tasks — the thread is there a month later.
- You pay for minutes — waiting for a reply is not billed.

The AI does the work — a specialist makes it count
On its own, the AI does what the task says. A TinyCIO specialist makes sure the result is what your business needs.

Price: minutes of work, not hours of waiting
A specialist and an AI staff member share one tariff rate. The AI pays off not through its rate but by using fewer minutes.
Two lines on the invoice: the AI staff member's work and the specialist's check — both per minute.
- Before the start, an amount is held on your balance based on the task estimate.
- After acceptance, the actual time is charged and the rest of the hold is released.
- Waiting for your reply is not billed.
- Top up your balance by card or by bank transfer.

Questions
How is Tina different from a regular support line?
She answers against your database: she sees your configuration's metadata, customisations included. The answer stays in the task, and if the question needs a specialist, the task moves to them in the same card.
Which configurations does Tina work with?
Tina works from the database's own metadata, so the answer reflects both standard and customised configurations. The one condition: the database is hosted by TinyCIO.
Who in the company can ask questions?
Employees with access to the portal. Questions come from chat, Telegram, e-mail or the portal and continue in the same task.
What data does an AI staff member see?
Only what the task needs: the database the task was raised for, or the files you pointed to. Databases, copies and files are stored on TinyCIO servers, AI models receive the necessary minimum. We work under an NDA; the database copy is deleted no later than 2 days after the last task in it is closed, and on your request.
What happens to the database copy after the task?
The copy the AI staff member worked in is kept on TinyCIO servers and deleted no later than 2 days after the last task in it is closed, and also on your request. The AI does not change your live database — a specialist applies changes with your consent.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
A TinyCIO specialist checks the AI's result before hand-over. If you spot a mistake, send the task back with a comment in the same card and the work continues.
Can you connect a database that runs in our office?
AI staff work only with databases hosted by TinyCIO. You can move your database to TinyCIO cloud 1C.
How quickly is a task picked up?
We accept requests around the clock and reply within the SLA. A coordinator qualifies the task first, then it goes to an AI staff member or a specialist.
How do I pay?
From your company balance: top up by card or by invoice. Minutes of the AI staff member and the specialist are charged at the same single rate from the Pricing block; waiting for your reply is not charged.
