Go to the main interface of the program. Select the required section for working with documents.
Find and open the list of cases for viewing and creating new ones. This will open all available cases.
This command will allow you to create cases based on the existing nomenclature. The case cards will be filled automatically.
If there are ongoing cases, creating a new case will be prohibited.

As you approach 250 pages, the system will suggest creating a new volume. This will help avoid overflow.
Create a 'Transfer of Cases to Archive' inventory for transferring cases. Ensure that the cases are closed and the storage period has expired.

This act records the fact of destruction of cases. Ensure that the cases being destroyed are closed.
