Setting the visibility of print forms in the 'Print' submenu

Open the 'Print' submenu
Go to the cards and lists of the program's objects. Here you will see the available print commands and external print forms.

Go to the list of print forms
Click the 'Go to list' button. This will open the list of available print forms.

Configure the visibility of print commands
Select the necessary print commands from the list of program objects. Check the boxes to enable the required forms.

Enable or disable external print forms
In the list of external print forms, check or uncheck the boxes to activate them. This will change the availability of forms in the submenu.

Assign an external print form
Go to the list of 'Additional reports and processes'. Select the required external print form for assignment.
