Open the 'Additional Reports and Processes' Section
Go to the menu to find the section for working with additional reports and processes. A list of registered processes will be available here.

Create a New Process
Select an external process file (*.epf) or an external report file (*.ert) to create a new process. After that, the new process will be added to the list.

Register the Process in the Information Base
The administrator must register the new process in the information base for it to be available to users. This is necessary for further use of the process.

Add Process Commands
Each process can have one or more commands. Place the commands in object cards or in sections of the command interface.

Specify Command Availability for Users
You can specify a list of users who will have access to the process command. This allows controlling access to the functionality.

Set a Schedule for Running the Scheduled Task
Set a schedule for the automatic execution of the process command. This ensures regular task execution without user intervention.

Manage Command Visibility
Use the 'Publication' field to manage the visibility of process commands for users. This allows hiding or showing commands as needed.

Additional processes can generate reports and print forms, as well as fill in child objects and attributes of tabular sections. This expands the system's functionality.
