Navigate to 'Planning – Settings and Directories – Inventory Planning'. Select 'Scheduling Scenarios' to start the setup.
On this tab, define the scheduling frequency. Choose one of the options: Day, Week, Decade, Month, Quarter, Half-Year, or Year.
Important. Only one period option can be selected for the scenario.
Choose how plans will be entered: with prices and amounts or only quantitative. This will determine the format of your data.
Check the box if you want to detail plans by assignments. This will allow for more accurate resource planning.
On this tab, you can describe the planning process. Here, the setup of planning stages will be available.

Request helpClick the button to create a new stage on the 'Plan Structure' tab. The stage will represent a group of plan types.
Specify what exactly is being planned: sales, purchases, balances, etc. This will assist in further analytics.
Check that the necessary options are enabled in the 'NSI and Administration - Planning - Planning' section. This will ensure the availability of plans.
